3 DIY anti-wrinkle masks: recipes
In order to prepare a mask to fight the first aging signs, you need just a few ingredients which you usually keep in your pantry. If you do not, they are easily available at the first supermarket!
Carrots are one of the most efficient ingredients for our purpose. You need 2 carrots, the juice of half a lemon, 3 tablespoon of natural yogurt. Peel and blend the carrots, then add the other ingredients. You will obtain a thick cream that you need to apply on your skin. Massage it for 20 minutes, then rinse with fresh water.
Egg and honey mask
These two foods are rich in micro nutrients which will renew your skin. In order to prepare this mask, you need: 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Mix the honey and the egg yolk, then add yogurt and oil and mix the ingredients with a fork. This cream will be very soft, therefore you need to apply it on your face with a little brush. Let sit for 20 minutes, then remove the residues with a damp cloth. Then, apply some moisturizer.
You just need two ingredients for an amazing result: a handful of fresh blueberries and 1 jar of natural yogurt. Crush the fruits, then add the yogurt and mix until homogeneous. Spread this cream on your skin and let sit for 15 minutes. Then, rinse and massage your face.
