How to prepare the broccoli and sausage savory pie recipe

  1. First clean the broccoli by washing it under running water, removing the stem and making the florets. Then cook it in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil with the clove of garlic and the chilli pepper and brown the broccoli for a few minutes.
  3. Remove the sausage casing , crumble it with your hands and add it to the broccoli. Let it cook for a few minutes, adding salt and pepper if necessary.
  4. Unroll the puff pastry and transfer it to a round pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and pour the filling. Ideally, let it cool before proceeding with this step.
  5. Fold the edges of the puff pastry and bake the rustic broccoli and sausage cake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes .
