  5. In a large bowl, prepare the powdered spice mixture by combining the turmeric, strong paprika, ginger and freshly ground black pepper with extra virgin olive oil. Turn this spicy mix well and then add all the cabbage flowers, turning with your hands so as to season each piece of cabbage well.
  6. Take the dripping pan from the oven, line it with parchment paper and then spread the white cabbage flowers on top, well spaced from each other. Place in the oven and cook for about 25 minutes .
  7. After the cooking time, take out the cabbages, which will have become golden and crunchy , and arrange them on a nice serving dish. Little salt added. You could add a sour cream sauce to the center of the plate or make a great tzatziki as an accompaniment.
