-Half lemon (better if organic).

-A teaspoon of baking soda.

-A glass of water.

Take the water and put it in a glass, then squeeze the juice of half a lemon into it and add the teaspoon of baking soda. Mix well and drink immediately.

If you want a less acidic drink, you can also reduce lemon: its effect is useful for protecting the intestinal mucous membranes , but to feel relief after meals, just water and bicarbonate are fine!

In fact, it is not recommended for those suffering from high blood pressure and also for those with cellulite .
