Recent studies have shown that black tea, thanks to its high content of nutrients and antioxidants, is one of the body’s most valuable allies . First of all, the presence of flavonoids, useful for slowing down cellular aging and fighting the action of free radicals, should be emphasized.
Furthermore, this drink is also an excellent cardiotonic, without considering that it has a protective action for blood vessels and protects against the risk of tumors. The contraindications of black tea
