Orange cake and Greek yogurt
Greek yogurt is having some success and more and more recipes see it as the protagonist. For example, you can use it to prepare the orange cake recipe replacing the traditional one . However, keep in mind that its consistency is denser and therefore milk will be added to restore the balance.
To prepare the orange and Greek yogurt cake, replace the 125 g of yogurt provided by the recipe with 100 g of Greek yogurt and 30 g of milk, orange juice or water. Et voilà: that’s it!
The orange cake can be kept soft as if it was just made for 3-4 days under a cake bell.
