Centrifuged pineapple, apple and celery: a simple and quick recipe to prepare a healthy and natural drink to be enjoyed at any time of the day. On hot summer days, the sensation of thirst increases and the need to quench one’s thirst. Preparing natural juices and smoothies at home is very simple, just use fresh fruit and vegetables and combine them according to your tastes and preferences.

Preparation of the pineapple, apple and celery draining juice

  1. To prepare the pineapple, apple and celery juice, start by carefully washing the celery stalks then cut them into not too large chunks.
  2. Then cut four slices of pineapple and remove the peel then cut into cubes.
  3. Cut the apple into wedges, remove the peel and core then centrifuge the pineapple, apple and celery separately.
  4. Mix well and distribute in glasses.

storage

The centrifuged must be consumed as soon as it is ready and beautifully fresh, so as not to lose all the properties of the fruit and vegetables contained within it. You can, at most, keep it for a few minutes in the refrigerator , in a closed glass bottle, and shake it well before serving. We do not recommend freezing in the freezer.
