To create a nourishing face mask that is able to give the right amount of hydration, just spread some honey on the skin and let it dry for about 15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, you can rinse off with warm water and proceed with normal face care. It is a treatment that can be performed from one to three times a week and which in a short time will give new light to the face.

Avocado moisturizing mask

Another homemade moisturizing mask that can greatly benefit facial hydration is the avocado-based one. In this case the ingredients to be used are different, namely:

– 1 tablespoon of avocado
– 1 tablespoon of unsweetened yogurt
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil

The well-crushed avocado is mixed with the other ingredients , spread on the face and left until it feels dry on the skin. It typically takes 10 to 15 minutes. Also in this case, after the time has elapsed, you can rinse your face with warm water and proceed with normal daily care. If desired, you can add a little honey to allow the mask to dry on the skin first.

Before trying the masks, make sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. If in doubt, it is best to apply a small amount on the wrist and wait to see if the skin becomes red or has other reactions. In this case it is better to replace the ingredient responsible for the redness with one that is better tolerated.
