First of all, this diet completely forbids certain foods. They are from four categories: sugar, starch, sodium and alcohol. Furthermore, you need to exercise following the tabata training, high-intensity workouts which last about four minutes, for three days a week.
Of course, you do not need to follow the 4×4 diet forever, but in order to see results you have to commit for at least four weeks. Following, there is the stabilization phase.
