Parsley herbal tea: properties and how to make it

This tea is perfect to purify your kidneys and eliminate excess tossins. Boil a liter of water, then add a handful of fresh parsley. After 10 minutes, turn the stove off and let cool down. This means pregnant women can take this plant. However, in case of a high-risk pregnancy, some doctors suggest to totally avoid it.

In general, parsley is known as toxic, not only for pregnant women. People consider it poisonous because it contains myristicin, a powerful narcotic if taken in high doses, and apiole, a toxic substance. However, don’t panic: in order to feel their toxic effects, you should take inconceivable high quantitis.
