Parsley herbal tea: properties and how to make it

This tea is perfect to purify your kidneys and eliminate excess tossins. Boil a liter of water, then add a handful of fresh parsley. After 10 minutes, turn the stove off and let cool down. In general, parsley is known as toxic, not only for pregnant women. People consider it poisonous because it contains myristicin, a powerful narcotic if taken in high doses, and apiole, a toxic substance. However, don’t panic: in order to feel their toxic effects, you should take inconceivable high quantitis.
