Yogurt is an excellent ingredient for face masks, because it is moisturizing, nourishing and at the same time balances the production of sebum. In addition, it is rich in probiotic lactic ferments, which are good not only for the intestine, but also for the skin. Its emollient and nourishing action makes it a perfect ingredient to nourish the skin in the winter and prevent it from becoming dry, red and chapped.
To make it, just follow this simple recipe: put two tablespoons of unsweetened white yogurt, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a teaspoon of honey in a bowl, until you get a homogeneous cream. Apply it on your face and leave it on for 20 minutes , then rinse with warm water. And your skin will immediately seem regenerated.
Moisturizing face mask with honey
Honey is also a precious ingredient for dry skin , because it not only nourishes it, but also has a natural anti-inflammatory and antibiotic action. It is therefore perfect for both dry skin and skin with acne or dermatitis .
In this case, just combine in a bowl a tablespoon of honey, one of milk (cow or vegetable) and half of rice or corn starch to thicken. Mix until the lumps disappear and obtain a homogeneous mixture, finally apply the mask on the face and wait for 20-30 minutes.
