• Moisturizing face mask with yogurt. Yogurt is an excellent ingredient for face masks, because it is moisturizing, nourishing and at the same time it balances the production of sebum. In addition, it is rich in probiotic lactic ferments, which are good not only for the intestine , but also for the skin. Mix two tablespoons of unsweetened white yogurt, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and a teaspoon of honey in a bowl until a homogeneous cream is obtained. Apply it on the face and leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
• Honey moisturizing face mask. Honey is also a valuable ingredient for the skin, because it not only nourishes it, but also has a natural anti-inflammatory and antibiotic action. It is therefore perfect for both dry skin and acne or dermatitis . Combine in a bowl a spoonful of honey, one of milk (cow or vegetable) and half of rice or corn starch to thicken. Stir until the lumps disappear and apply the masks on the face for 20-30 minutes.
• DIY nourishing banana face mask. Banana is moisturizing and nourishing, so it is excellent for cold-dried skin. Blend a whole banana, two tablespoons of honey, two tablespoons of white yogurt and apply the mixture on the face , leaving it on for about half an hour.
