Preparation of pork tenderloin with pink pepper

  1. Start by cutting the fillet into medallions a couple of centimeters thick. Place a pan on the stove and brown the garlic with the butter and rosemary. Then add the medallions and cook for a couple of minutes on each side .
  2. Season with salt then remove the fillets and keep them warm.
