  • 1 roll of phyllo dough
  • 30 gr of butter
  • mascarpone cream to taste
  • berries to taste
  • mint leaves to taste
  • powdered sugar to taste

To prepare sweet baskets with phyllo dough, start by unrolling the phyllo dough, divide it into squares and then melt the butter. Line with the dough from muffin cups or a small pan with one sheet of dough at a time and brush them with melted butter between the various layers.
