For example, a tasty recipe is eggplant and cherry tomato pistachio rolls. Chop 80 grams of pistachios and mixed them with 80 grams of breadcrumbs and 1 garlic clove. Slice two eggplants and dip every slice first in two beaten eggs with a pinch of salt, and then roll them in the pistachio breadcrumbs.
Once breaded, fry the eggplant slices in hot oil until golden brown. Leave them to cool down on some paper towels, then wrap each slice around a cherry tomato. Secure the rolls with toothpicks and serve.
Happy hour with finger food

If you are looking for recipes of appetizers for your happy hour, you can try and make smoked cheese puffs. Lay a rectangular puff on a baking sheet and spread two tablespoons of dried tomato sauce on it. Then, sprinkle two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and add 100 grams of smoked cheese cut into strips.
Cover with a second rectangular puff and cut into little squares. Paint them with an egg yolk and sprinkle poppy seeds on them. Bake at 200° C for about 20 minutes, divide them and serve.
Aperitif-dinner recipes
For a mouth-watering aperitif-dinner you can try some of the typical finger food. In addition to the timeless French fries, make all kind of canapés – for example, tuna sauce and olives or dill flavored butter cream and salmon.
