In the case of high levels of uric acid, the usually recommended diet is based on foods such as fruit, vegetables and plant-based proteins. Among animal proteins, only white meats can be introduced. Finally, whole grains play a fundamental role as they help the kidneys eliminate excess purines thanks to the amount of fiber .
