Hair: the essential treatments to do in winter

From dyeing to reconstruction, let’s see what hair treatments we should do in the winter season.
Winter is the best time to strengthen your hair , change your haircut and color. In fact, in summer, the hair is damaged by the sea and the sun and in autumn it falls out abundantly, making the hair appear empty.
Let’s see, then, what are the hair treatments that we should all do in winter.
Hair treatments: what to do in winter
First of all, in winter you need to strengthen your hair. If they are hollowed out for the fall fall , brittle and with split ends, the first thing to do is unfortunately cut . Once split ends have appeared, they cannot be repaired. You can, however, prevent it from returning by doing strengthening treatments.
The best is undoubtedly the keratin treatment , to be done by the hairdresser once a month. Keratin is a protein that is naturally part of the hair structure. Chemical treatments, straighteners and hairdryers damage this protein structure, which must therefore be rebuilt with specific treatments.

Between professional treatments, we recommend using a nourishing and strengthening mask , always based on keratin. Try not to use too much plate and iron and, if you really can’t do without them, use a thermal protector.
Finally, if your hair is discolored after the summer, use a chemical or natural dye to make it uniform. The trendiest colors for this winter are platinum blonde, honey blonde, chocolate brown and caramel brown.
Natural hair treatments for winter
If you prefer to use natural products, you still have a wide choice of treatments for damaged hair . Vegetable oils should never be missing from your routine.
The best oil for strengthening hair, accelerating hair growth and preventing split ends is castor oil . Apply it on the scalp and slightly damp hair before shampooing and leave it on for at least half an hour.
Another perfect oil for strengthening hair is flaxseed , while coconut oil is great for nourishing, restructuring and eliminating frizz.
