If you are a lover of good food and – above all – of homemade food , do not worry, because there are many very quick recipes to make. One of these is really – really – achievable in minutes . We are talking about the one for quick pizzas. Suitable for a buffet or a simple snack at home, these are very small pizzas. Stuffed with tomato and mozzarella , they are also very versatile . To make them delicious, in fact, they can be seasoned with a variety of ingredients, just like the usual pizzas on the plate. All you have to do is make a soft base dough.

Preparation of the recipe for quick pizzas

  1. First, fill a saucepan with warm water . Put the yeast cube inside to melt it .
  2. In a large bowl, pour the flour and add the salt .
  3. Also add the water in which the yeast has dissolved and start kneading.
  4. While you continue to knead the dough, add 230 ml of warm water and 1 tablespoon of oil .
  5. When it begins to string, add the softened butter as well .
  6. Shape the hard-boiled dough (which must not be sticky) and place it in a bowl covered with a cloth or in the oven off (heated at least 30 minutes before).
  7. After about 2 hours it will be doubled in volume and you can roll it out with a rolling pin, on a floured work surface.
  8. When you get a very thin sheet , use the pastry cutter to form 12 discs of dough.
  9. Line a low-sided baking tray with parchment paper and place the discs on it.
  10. Season each with a certain amount of tomato sauce , oil and salt .
  11. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 5 minutes .
  12. Season with mozzarella and any other ingredient you prefer and bake for another 5 minutes .


This is the best recipe for quick and easy pizzas. So good that one leads to another, they can also be kept at room temperature , on a baking tray and for a maximum of 1 day . When you feel like it, you just need to warm them up a little.
