  • Exfoliate. This is one the first thing you should no. The dead cells on our skin must be eliminated: you can do it with a simple scrub. You can choose a homemade one, or buy it at the pharmacy or at the beauty shop.
  • Cleanse. After the scrub, it is important to take care of your body every day with a cleansing milk. This means cleansing your skin in the morning and at night, in order to remove sebum, smog and dust accumulated during the day.
  • Nourish. The first two actions must be followed by a specific cream to deeply nourish your skin. It must be light, fresh, suitable for the day and, most of all, made of natural ingredients.
  • Healthy diet. The food we eat highly influences our tan. If we want our skin to reach the perfect color, we need to follow a healthy diet. The main ingredients are fruits and vegetables, rich in vitamins and able to prepare the skin for summer. Choose carrots, apricots, tomatoes and all the foods rich in carotene. Finally, try with products rich in anti-oxidants, such as salmon, cereals and mackerel. Remember to drink a lot of water, fruit juices and herbal teas.
