What are the easiest and most effective ways to remove nail polish without acetone? Here are a few that will turn your day around!
Taking care of your hands is increasingly important for the female world, especially as regards nails. More and more people are dedicated to taking care of the appearance of their nails, making use of the most disparate colors of nail polish . Once the enamel has been applied, however, it must also be removed and it is good to know some little tricks to do it if you do not have acetone, the main solvent for this type of operation.
Remove nail polish without acetone: 3 natural methods
– Use toothpaste . A do-it-yourself method of removing enamel is to use ordinary toothpaste to brush your teeth. How do you proceed? Apply a small amount on the nail, then brush with an old toothbrush that is no longer used. Without rubbing too hard the nail polish should come off. To be even more effective, you can mix toothpaste with baking soda .
– Wine vinegar and lemon juice . Another way is to use these two ingredients mixed, since together they have a significant acid action. First of all, we proceed by mixing the two liquids in a container, then dip the nails with the nail polish in the mix and remain so for 10-15 minutes. Once this is done, the enamel can be removed with a toothbrush or even with the other fingers.
– Alcohol . Finally, using alcohol to remove nail polish can be very effective (and also the best solution in the absence of acetone). Denatured alcohol or products containing alcohol, such as perfumes, hair spray, deodorant spray and disinfectant, can be used in this sense. Proceed by immersing your fingers in the alcoholic liquid, preferably denatured to have a better effect, for about 15 minutes and then remove the enamel with a toothbrush or with the other fingers.
