In recent times we have seen the birth of many spreadable creams , one better than the other, all inspired by confectionery that can create addiction. Among these is the Kinder Bueno cream, inspired by the packaged sweet of the same name. Good on its own (and what we tell you to do), perfect for filling desserts , it is very easy to prepare.
Perhaps it is precisely in its simplicity that the problem lies: if you know that you have practically always available the few ingredients that make it up, you will never be able to stop preparing it! For this spread you need white chocolate, sugar, cream and hazelnuts . You can also prepare variations, simply by replacing the white chocolate with a milk or dark one or, why not, use some other dried fruit instead of hazelnuts. Almonds are great, but walnuts and pistachios aren’t bad either! Ready to get down to business?
How to prepare the recipe for kinder bueno cream
- First, combine the white chocolate and cream in a saucepan and melt the first in a bain-marie. You can use a saucepan or do it with the microwave.
- Separately, in a small food processor (if it is too big you will find it difficult to obtain a paste), blend the hazelnuts with the sugar until the paste is as smooth as possible.
- Add the hazelnut paste to the melted chocolate, mixing well.
- Your cream is ready to be enjoyed.
