– Vinegar tonic . Another natural remedy is given by white wine vinegar. Just pour a few drops on a cotton pad and dab it on your face to obtain an astringent action. In order not to overdo the quantities it is good to settle for a teaspoon of vinegar for every 5 of water.
How to take care of oily skin
Obviously, the care of oily skin also includes a healthy diet that must include whole grains, lean proteins and good fats and from which alcohol, sausages, fried foods and refined sugars will be reduced as much as possible. By avoiding the inflammation produced by these foods, in fact, the skin will also benefit from it.
It is therefore important to learn to eat in a healthy and balanced way, by eating five meals a day, all including carbohydrates derived from whole grains , fruits and vegetables, lean proteins and good fats such as, for example, extra virgin olive oil.
