– Vinegar tonic . Another natural remedy is given by white wine vinegar. Just pour a few drops on a cotton pad and dab it on your face to obtain an astringent action. In order not to overdo the quantities it is good to settle for a teaspoon of vinegar for every 5 of water.
How to take care of oily skin
Obviously, the care of oily skin also includes a healthy diet that must include whole grains, lean proteins and good fats and from which alcohol, sausages, fried foods and refined sugars will be reduced as much as possible.
