  • 200 g of digestive biscuits
  • 120 g of melted butter
  • 500 g of Philadelphia
  • 200 ml of fresh cream
  • 125 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanillin
  • 10 g of isinglass
  • 200 g of berries

Blend the biscuits until they are reduced to flour then mix them with the melted butter and pour them into the bottom of a 22 cm diameter springform pan. Work the Philadelphia with the icing sugar and vanilla then add the whipped cream and the isinglass , dissolved in two tablespoons of cream taken from the total before whipping it. Level the surface and after 6 hours in the refrigerator serve the cheesecake decorating it with berries.

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 220 g of philadelphia
  • 150 g of flour
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 90 g of butter
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

In a bowl, work the eggs with an electric mixer, adding the sugar a little at a time. Then add the philadelphia , the chocolate and the butter melted in a bain-marie and finally the flour sifted with baking powder and salt. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper with a diameter of 22 cm and bake at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes . Once cold, serve, decorating as desired with icing sugar.

The preparation is really simple: brown the chopped onion in oil then add the julienne courgettes and a pinch of salt , letting them cook for about ten minutes. Cook the pasta in abundant salted water and work the Philadelphia cream with a tablespoon or two of cooking water. Skip the pasta with the sauce, add the cream cheese and basil . Serve immediately.

With a rolling pin flatten the bread for sandwiches (if you use the wraps it is sufficient to heat them in a pan for a minute), spread a veil of philadelphia and complete with ham and courgettes cut into thin slices and grilled for a couple of minutes on each side. Roll up tightly, wrap with plastic wrap and leave to rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before cutting them into slices.

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 40 Oreo cookies approx
  • 350 g of Philadelphia (or another spreadable cheese)
  • 300 ml of cream
  • 2 sheets of isinglass
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • 1 sachet of vanillin
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 g of powdered sugar

First remove the filling in half of the biscuits , blend them and then add the cream. Pour everything on the bottom of a springform pan creating a layer of one centimeter and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, work the cheese with the icing sugar and vanilla . Add the isinglass soaked, squeezed and dissolved in warm milk and finally the whipped cream and 1 pinch of salt. Pour half of the mixture on the cold base, distribute the remaining biscuits and finally cover with the remaining cream. Transfer to the refrigerator for 5-6 hours before serving.
