Aesthetic cavitation: find out what it is, how it works and when it is good to do it or avoid it.

Aesthetic cavitation is one of the many remedies for cellulite and excess fat . It is in fact a process that through the use of ultrasound mechanically breaks the cell membranes of fat cells. In this way, excess fat is released and subsequently expelled via the lymphatic and venous system. It is therefore a method able to offer various benefits but only if performed correctly and with the observance of certain rules.

What is aesthetic cavitation

As already mentioned, aesthetic cavitation is a method used to get rid of cellulite or localized fat.

During the session, a machine emits ultrasounds at about 40 kHZ. These act on the affected areas. Then, we proceed with pressotherapy or lymphatic drainage massages in order to facilitate the elimination of the fat put back into circulation.

In this way, already after the first session (which usually lasts from 30 to 40 minutes) you can see the first results. It is in fact a method that serves to eliminate the extra fat. Reason why cavitation must always be done while following a low-calorie diet and keeping well hydrated. It is also important to remember that cavitation can only treat specific points of the body such as buttocks, arms, thighs and knees.

Cavitation for cellulite: when it is not good to do it

Cavitations can be of great help to those who, despite the diet, are unable to free themselves from the fat located in some parts of the body . However, it is important to know that there are situations in which doing it is highly discouraged.

If you have circulation problems or are prone to blood clots and the like in your family, cavitation is highly contraindicated. This should also be avoided when you have to lose many kilos, if the skin’s elasticity is not the best, in case of oncological or other diseases and if you are prone to bleeding.

For safety, therefore, before going to a center , it is best to ask your doctor for advice. Having done this, it is very important to look for a serious beauty center able to customize the various treatments.
