Its taste, however, always remains particular. To make it you can use any type of pasta, because the consistency of the salmon (whether fresh or smoked) goes well with everything. We use fantastic tagliatelle and the result is very creamy , thanks to the inevitable cream .

Preparing the recipe for salmon pasta with Thermomix

  1. Cut the shallot in half and place it in the mixing bowl of the food processor to chop for 5 seconds, on speed 7.
  2. Chop the parsley and add it, also pouring the oil . Fry for 3 minutes at 100 ° C, on Soft speed.
  3. Cut the smoked salmon into pieces and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Pour in the wine and cook for 5 minutes , at the same temperature and at Soft speed anticlockwise.
  5. Transfer the dressing to another bowl and clean the mixing bowl. Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.
  6. Once done, dip the pasta in and cook for 10 minutes , at 100 ° C and at Soft speed anticlockwise.
  7. When it is cooked, drain it and put it back in the jug. Add the dressing and cream and whisk for 1 minute, at the same speed. Finally, season with salt and pepper and serve.
