Preparation of the quinoa salad

  1. Take a pot with the vegetable broth, bring it to a boil, add the quinoa and cook for 15 minutes .
  2. When it is ready, drain it waiting for it to cool and to be able to add the other ingredients.
  3. Cut the olives into rounds, the feta cheese and the diced cherry tomatoes.
  4. Add everything to the quinoa and season with salt and oil, mixing gently. Remember to remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dry them well with absorbent paper .

In cooking this dish you can indulge yourself by adding steamed vegetables or shrimp, excellent corn. Your quinoa, feta olive and cherry tomatoes salad is ready to be enjoyed. Alternatively you can also prepare a vegan quinoa salad .

storage

We recommend consuming these single light dishes at the moment , or at the latest after half a day . The dressing and fresh cherry tomatoes ask that the recipe is not kept longer. We do not recommend freezing in the freezer.
