What is Sirt, the diet of the skinny gene?

This diet has been studied by the nutritionists Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten. It is based on the introduction of foods that can activate sirtuins. These are a group of genes, called thinness genes, because they stimulate your metabolism and make you burn fat faster, thus promoting a rapid weight loss.

The Italian doctor Nicola Sorrentino explained: “The genes of thinness, responsible for the repair and rejuvenation of cells, speed their activty up by using fat reserves and increasing disease resistance. You can achieve the same goal without starving, but just by eating Sirt foods“.

How does the Sirt diet work?

This diet is divided into two phases. In the first one, for three days you only eat 3 green juices and one solid meal per day and you can not take more than 1000 calories. Later, from the fourth to the seventh day, the green juices  become two and you can eat two solid meals, with a 1500 calorie intake. After this phase, you start the stabilization phase, rich in these foods.

What are the Sirt foods ? Strawberries, kale, blueberries, citrus fruits, cocoa, tofu, chilli and rocket. And then red onion, olive oil, parsley, turmeric, matcha, dates and many others.
