Are there any contraindications for soy milk? As we have already anticipated, we must not abuse this food, otherwise it could have some negative consequences. It is very rich in nickel, for example, therefore it is not recommended for those who are allergic to it, furthermore the phytoestrogens it contains could lead to a decrease in desire and production of sperm in men, and breast cancer as regards women ( even if there is no concrete evidence that phytoestrogens can involve this type of risk).
