This drink, which is prepared from seeds macerated and in water, is suitable for practically everyone, except for those with specific soy intolerances. It is also gluten-free and therefore excellent for those with celiac disease. In addition, it is naturally free of lactose and milk proteins and therefore perfect for those with allergies or intolerances to dairy products. It is one of the best products to drink for breakfast!

As for the benefits, this food is excellent for combating menopausal symptoms, diabetes, lowering cholesterol and acting against gastritis or reflux disorders. It also fights osteoporosis.

What makes it an excellent food to be introduced into the daily diet is the presence of B vitamins , including B1, B2, B6, and folic acid B-9, involved in the formation of red blood cells. Vitamin B1 is essential for energy metabolism, while B2 is excellent for healthy skin. Furthermore, the presence of vitamin B6 makes it a valid ally for the immune system.
