- Chop on Turbo speed for 3 seconds .
- Add the sugar and wine to the bowl. Leave to macerate , covering, for at least 4 hours .
- After this time, cook the ingredients at 100 ° C for 10 minutes on speed 2 .
- When finished, cook for another 30 minutes at Varoma temperature, at the same speed.
- After cooking, test the saucer. Put some onion compote with the Thermomix on the surface and, if it doesn’t run, it’s ready.
- Distribute the product in previously sterilized jars . Seal tightly and leave to cool upside down to form the vacuum .
