Preparation of gluten-free stuffed focaccia

  1. First, dissolve the yeast in the warm water, pour it into a bowl and add the warm milk.
  2. Add the sugar, mix then add the flour, salt and oil.
  3. Knead vigorously to obtain a compact dough, cover with a cloth and let it rise for at least 2 hours.
  4. After the two hours of leavening, resume the dough and divide it into two equal parts, spread the first half on a floured cutting board and place it inside a well greased pan, stuffed with the sliced ​​cheese, the tomatoes cut into thin slices and the cooked ham, then spread the other disk on top.
  5. Seal the edges well then prick the surface with the help of the prongs of a fork.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C and cook for 30-35 minutes .
  7. When cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.

Your pizza filled in a pan and gluten-free is ready, baked in the oven and beautifully crunchy. If, on the other hand, you want to try a different cooking, you can also prepare the version of the stuffed pizza in a pan: you will first have to grease a fairly large pan and compose the pizza directly inside it. The recipe for this stuffed focaccia is very easy, however we recommend consuming it within 1 or 2 days of cooking (both in the oven and in a pan) so that the dough is still soft and delicious. During the storage period you can leave it in the fridge, well covered by cling film , and heat it quickly in the oven before enjoying it. We do not recommend freezing in the freezer.
