They are sweet rolls with 4 cereals, made to conquer the little ones and to please everyone. Let’s discover the recipe of Fulvio Marino, Antonella Clerici’s regular guest baker.
For breakfast we like to change: once cereal, the other after biscuits and jam. Today we want to try to follow Fulvio Marino’s recipe for 4-grain sweet buns. The baker unveiled it by Antonella Clerici at “It’s always noon” and we were immediately impressed. It might look like the classic chocolate chip sandwich, but it’s actually based on a mix of flours that will make you love this recipe.
Ready to knead? Let’s go to the recipe!
Preparation of 4-grain sweet rolls
These delicious sweet rolls can be kept in a cool and dry place for about 2-3 days, preferably inside a paper bag or special container for bread, so that they keep their softness. We do not recommend freezing in the freezer.
