A low-salt menu has a lot of benefits, because it helps fighting swellings and excess liquids. You can eliminate or reduce the use of this product by replacing it with spices. For lunch you can eat steak with raw, steamed or grilled vegetables. Remember to avoid salt: season everything with a little extra virgin olive oil and spices. You can also eat two slices of bread and two slices of pineapple.

Your dinner will be a vegetable soup, with a side of vegetables seasoned with oil and lemon. According to this diet, you can also eat fruit mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
