– Pomegranate. The pomegranate fruit is very precious, because it contains B vitamins, vitamins C and K, as well as mineral salts, including calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and manganese. It is beneficial for the heart, as it helps lower cholesterol levels, and has anticancer properties .
