Today is the turn of the triangles of baked pumpkin, quick and delicious, a side dish (but also an appetizer), easy to make.

Crunchy on the outside, thanks to the topping of breadcrumbs , soft and tasty on the inside thanks to the spices and aromas, the baked breaded pumpkin triangles are really easy to prepare. It will take about ten minutes before they are ready for cooking: seeing is believing!

How to prepare the recipe for baked pumpkin triangles

  1. First, get yourself a good pumpkin : already when cut you will understand that it is from its scent. Make triangles about half a centimeter thick.
  2. Remove the peel all around and set aside for a moment.
  3. In a dish, mix the oil with the paprika and finely chopped garlic .
  4. In another dish instead add the breadcrumbs , a pinch of salt and the chopped rosemary with a knife.
  5. Pass the pumpkin slices first in oil and then in breadcrumbs.
  6. As they are ready, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Cook them at 220 ° C for 30 minutes , making sure they are ready by piercing them with the prongs of a fork.
  8. Serve hot.

storage

Baked pumpkin is good freshly made, hot and crunchy. In fact, with the passage of time it tends to lose part of its characteristic consistency. However, if you have any leftovers, you can reheat it in a pan or oven before consuming it.
