How to prepare the super soft coffee cake with the vegan recipe
The preparation of this cake is really very simple. All you need is a bowl and a wooden spoon , an electric whisk if you really don’t want to work too hard, and that’s it.
- Put the flour with the sugar and the instant coffee in a bowl. We add it to give the dessert an extra coffee connotation.
- Then add the milk of soy, oil and coffee. Mix well to create a smooth and homogeneous mixture, then transfer it to an oiled and floured baking sheet.
- For this vegan cake we used a 22 cm diameter mold , but you can also use the classic 24 cm round hinged cake. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes , doing the toothpick test before taking it out of the oven.
