Turmeric lemonade: it improves your mood and reduces anxiety

In order to live better and be always in a good mod, a mix of lemon and turmeric gives an immediate relaxing and soothing effect both for your body and mind.
Lemon and turmeric are perfect to strengthen body and mind and relieve your mood. Turmeric is a spice mainly cultivated in tropical regions. It is also known as Indian saffron. For more than 5.000 years people has been using it as a medication, spice and coloring.
Instead, lemon is one the most used remedies to solve poor digestion problems. Its fresh and citrus scent immediately gives a nice, light feeling which helps you relaxing.
If used together, these two ingredients not only help eliminate waste and keep fit, but thanks to their scents and nutrients help sending bad thoughts away and to get your good mood back.
Live better with turmeric lemonade
These two ingredients both have a strong scent which immediately helps us relaxing our mind. In order to enjoy this property, you can make a herbal tea you can drink during the day or at night, before going to bed.

In just a few minutes, you can prepare a restoring and detox turmeric lemonade. Squeeze two organic lemons and add half a glass of water to do the juice. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric and blend with some ice cubes.
For a more exotic flavor and a stronger effect, you can also blend some ginger. However, do not overdo it, or your drink will be too spicy.
Turmeric benefits and properties
This spice is a very cure-all for our body, rich in specific nutrients which can benefit our body and mind. It is rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, manganese and copper. Moroever, it also contains many vitamins, such as vitamins B1, B2, B3,B6, C, E and K.
Thanks to its detox, anti-cancer, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, it can really benefit our metabolism.
Lemon beneficial effects
Lemon is a perfect astringent and disinfectant product. It helps losing weight and to disinfect the intestine. Of course you don’t have to overdo it, or you risk causing annoying heartburns, avoiding all the benefits of this fruit.
