The vegetable soup becomes the absolute protagonist of your menu for the 7 days of diet. A fundamental requirement is to use fresh and seasonal vegetables or legumes. Avoid frozen, bagged soups and use them only if you don’t have time.
Other than vegetable soups, you also need to drink at least 1 liter of water per day and to exercise lightly. In order to monitor your progresses, you should weigh yourself the first and the fourth day. If you have already lost 5 kg, it is possible that you have eaten too few calories. In this case, you have to add to your diet pasta, rice or biscuits.
Vegetable soup diet: weekly menu
The weekly menu consists of 3 meals plus 2 snacks per day. Vegetable soup is almost always the main food, sometimes together with others. Let’s see a simple and organized weekly menu.

- Dinner: vegetable soup, ricotta cheese or another low fat cheese
Fifth day
- Breakfast: fresh fruit, coffee or tea
- Snack: juice
- Lunch: steamed or grilled white fish (300 g) and vegetables
- Snack: juice
- Dinner: vegetable soup and 150 grams of fish
Sixth day
- Breakfast: fresh fruit, coffee or tea
- Snack: juice
- Lunch: grilled steak (300 g) and vegetables
- Snack: juice
- Dinner: vegetabe soup and white meat (300 g)
Seventh day
- Breakfast: fresh fruit, coffee or tea
- Snack: juice
- Lunch: vegetable soup with boiled rice and vegetables

Does the vegetable soup soup actually work?
As for all fast weight loss diets, this one also slims down. However, as for all the other similar food regimes, it would be difficult to keep your silhouette and do not regain the weight lost.
