Vitamins for the skin are a very important aid in being able to boast beautiful and healthy skin. Let’s find out which are the most important.
When it comes to leather it is good to take into consideration several aspects. In addition to good hydration, it needs the right amount of vitamins and minerals , essential for it to remain elastic, young and healthy. Going to vitamins, there are some that more than others prove to be particularly important and for this reason they should always be taken through food or, if needed, in the form of supplements.
Vitamins that are good for the skin
Among the vitamins essential for the beauty of the skin there are some that are truly indispensable. These are:
Vitamin A. Also known as retinol, it is rich in antioxidants and for this reason it is considered a vitamin that is good for the skin. It can be found in milk, cheeses, fruits such as oranges, peaches, melons and mandarins and some vegetables such as potatoes, pumpkins and carrots.
Vitamins B. Vitamins of group B are also important, helping the skin to breathe. They are typically found in eggs, milk, soy, wheat germ, legumes, almonds, and brown rice.
Vitamin C. This vitamin stimulates the production of collagen and gives the skin elasticity and brightness. Among other things, it also helps to heal more quickly from damage. It is found in oranges, kiwis, raspberries, cherries, tomatoes, cucumbers and kale.
Vitamin D. This increasingly well-known vitamin is essential for giving the skin a healthy and radiant appearance. Our organism is able to produce it by itself but to do so it needs direct sunlight. It is also found in foods such as extra virgin olive or sunflower oil , salmon, cereals, almonds and wheat germ.
Vitamin E. Another vitamin that deserves to be mentioned is vitamin E, which is important for preventing the formation of wrinkles. It is found in spinach, olives, whole grains, carrots and extra virgin olive oil.
Vitamins for the skin of the face: which ones to choose
Obviously, one of the most exposed parts of our skin is that of the face, which is why it is important to take care of it. To do this, just focus on the vitamins mentioned above, taking care to also add creams enriched with vitamins or other essential elements. One of these is coenzyme Q10 which, if desired, is also found in soy lecithin, oily fruit, wheat germ and linseed and sunflower oils.
To choose them you must first of all evaluate the needs of the skin , once that is done it will be easy to decide which path to follow in terms of nutrition and cosmetics.
