On March 29, 2025, Brindisi will host an insightful event unveiling the book “Dieta mediterranea – viaggio tra scienza, tradizione e sapori antichi alla scoperta del segreto della longevità.” This event will take place at the Casa di quartiere Accademia degli erranti, located at Via Giovanni Tarantini n°35, within the historic ex-convent of the Scuole Pie. Starting at 6:30 PM, the presentation is a significant part of the “Pagine erranti” series and the “Brindisi città che legge” project. The book, penned by Vincenza Gianfredi and Daniele Nucci, delves into the Mediterranean diet’s profound impact on health, longevity, and well-being.
