There is nothing better than breaded and fried lamb chops

Among these it is impossible not to think of the fried lamb chops, perhaps one of the most classic preparations of these days. Preparing the fried lamb is quite simple and it takes very few ingredients. What not everyone knows, however, is that it takes very little to overcook the meat and make this delicious recipe inedible.
We have prepared the breaded and fried lamb chops proceeding with a double breading . In this way the meat will remain more tender and the external crust even more crunchy. However, we advise you to taste the freshly made breaded lamb chops: only in this way will you be able to fully appreciate them.
How to prepare the recipe for fried lamb chops
- If you have a whole rack, use a meat knife to cut the ribs .
- Separately, beat the eggs on a plate with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
- Pass the cutlets first in the egg then in the breadcrumbs , put in a deep plate. Then repeat the operation, again in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- In a pan, heat a centimeter of seed oil and, once hot, fry the lamb cutlets for 2 minutes on each side , turning them halfway through cooking.
- Drain and pass them on absorbent paper before serving, completing to taste with a pinch of salt.
If you want, you can make the breading even richer and tastier by adding a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese and parsley to the breadcrumbs.
