- The first thing to do is carefully clean the spring onions. Then refine the outermost and hardest parts, even slightly cutting the shoots, i.e. the ends.

- Once finished, you can transfer them to a serving plate. Then, season them with salt and lemon juice, to taste, and if you want also some pepper.
