Preparation of canapés with butter
- First, prepare the garlic butter cream: peel the garlic and chop it finely , add the butter softened at room temperature, mix everything with the tines of a fork to obtain a cream.
- Wrap the butter cream in foil forming a sort of roll.
- Place in the refrigerator and let rest for an hour.
- In the meantime, use the molds you prefer to make bread discs.
- Toast the bread for a few moments on a non-stick grill then fill with the butter cream.
- Place your canapés gradually on a tray and serve.
