- First of all, let's prepare the avocado mousse. Take your avocado, cut it in half and extract the pulp with a spoon.
- Put it in a blender, add salt, pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Also add a teaspoon of lime juice and the yogurt and blend everything until you obtain a creamy consistency.
- At this point, take the buckwheat bread and make circles, taking care to remove the external crust.
