Preparing the recipe for coffee mousse
- Before starting, prepare the coffee moka, so that it is soluble and ready for the mousse.
- The first thing to do is take the fresh liquid cream from the fridge, which must be very cold.
- Pour it into a bowl and whip it with an electric whisk.
- When it begins to swell, add the sugar and continue to mix everything together.
- Once done, pour the hot water into a cup.
- Add 2 tablespoons of instant coffee and mix.
