How to prepare the recipe for gratin peppers in the air fryer

  1. First, wash the peppers carefully. Then dry them with kitchen paper and place them in the air fryer basket, whole.
  2. Cook them for 20 minutes at 180°C and, once ready, transfer them into ice bags while they are still hot.
  3. By cooling them in this way it will be easier to clean them. In fact, you will have to remove the skin, the stalk, the seeds and the internal white filaments.
  4. Cut the cleaned peppers into strips and place them in a bowl together with the other ingredients : breadcrumbs, chopped parsley with garlic, salt and pepper. Add the oil and mix well to distribute all the aromas.
  5. Place back in the fryer basket and grill at 200°C for 5 minutes . Serve hot or at room temperature.
