Preparing the recipe for chicken breast with peppers
- Before starting, cut the chicken breast into strips or pieces , depending on how you prefer. You can also decide to divide the breast only in half and leave it whole, keep in mind that this way the cooking times will be longer.
- Furthermore, wash and cut the pulp of the peppers into strips, after removing the seeds and white parts from the inside.
- Take a pan with a non-stick bottom and pour in the oil slowly.
- Place it on the stove to heat the contents, then you can add the garlic clove and brown it.
- Add the rosemary, then also the pieces of chicken breast.
- At this point, cook everything over a high heat for 5 minutes ; remember to turn them from time to time.
- Subsequently, blend with the white wine and let it evaporate.
- Then, pour in the water and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the peppers to the pan and cover with the lid.
- Cook for about 20-25 minutes , until the meat appears well cooked. Once finished, you can plate it, removing the garlic.
Conservation
Chicken breast with peppers is an excellent alternative to the classic chicken main course, because it is rich in flavor and nutrients thanks to the presence of vegetables. You can store it for 2 days in an airtight container.
