How to prepare the pistachio panna cotta recipe
- First, soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. There should be about 10 minutes left.
- Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the sugar and heat everything until it comes to the boil. It is important to mix and avoid boiling.
- Then remove the saucepan from the heat and add the gelatine, well squeezed with your hands, stirring until it has dissolved .
- Lastly, add the pistachio cream , stirring well all the time to obtain a uniform green colour.
- Pour the mixture into four single-portion moulds, leave to cool and then transfer to the fridge for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
There really is something for all tastes in panna cotta. We advise you to try the one with berries or make one without gelatine using the thickening power of agar agar .
Conservation
The panna cotta will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days . Take care to cover the containers with film to prevent them from absorbing other odors from the refrigerator.
