How to prepare the dairy-free crepes recipe

  1. Place the eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt .
  2. Pour in the water slowly, stirring constantly, until you obtain a smooth, lump-free batter. However, do not mix too much to avoid incorporating too much air. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes .
  3. Once the necessary time has passed, cook the crepes in a pan greased with seed oil. Each ladle of batter will correspond to a portion: cook for approximately 1 and a half minutes on each side , turning them as soon as the edges begin to rise and, as they are ready, stack them on a plate.
