Dairy-free apple pie
Dairy-free apple pie is good and soft just like the original dessert: here's how to prepare it at home!
Today we are making a dairy-free apple pie together, a variation of the classic dessert, ideal to serve for a breakfast or a tasty snack , but which can also be a delicious alternative to the usual desserts at the end of the meal . In this case a dollop of cream or a scoop of ice cream will come to your aid to make it more refined.
It is a soft and delicious apple pie, just like the traditional one that grandmother used to prepare, but milk is not used to prepare it. This makes it suitable for those who cannot consume dairy products or are allergic. For the same reason we use oil instead of butter in the recipe.

Preparation
Apple pie without milk (or butter)
To begin, break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar , the grated lemon zest, the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt and whip everything with an electric whisk until it becomes light and fluffy.
Still with the whisk in action, slowly pour in the oil first, then the water and only lastly the sifted flour with the yeast .
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices before adding two to the mixture.
Pour everything into a springform pan lined with baking paper or oiled and floured with a diameter of 24 cm . Then spread the remaining apple on the surface and cook at 180°C for 45-50 minutes . Do the toothpick test after the first 40 minutes of cooking.
Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the mold and serving it. If you like, you can dust it with icing sugar .

There are many variations of apple pie "without" all sharing goodness and simplicity. Also try the apple pie without butter , the one without eggs (perfect for vegans) or the gluten-free one , excellent in case of intolerance.
Conservation
The apple pie will keep for 2-3 days under a cake container. If the temperatures are excessively high, it is better to keep it in the refrigerator.
