How to make magic apple pie

Magic apple pie is a light and delicious dessert, excellent to accompany with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
How many apple pie recipes are there in the world? Probably one for each of us, given that it is one of the preparations that we tend to modify most often. However, if you have never done it, we invite you to try the magic apple pie. The peculiarity of this dessert lies in the dough : a bit like the magic cake, which takes on three different consistencies when cooked, here too the use of a large quantity of apples will give you an unexpected result.
The magical apple cake is perfect for any occasion , from breakfast to a snack, but if accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a dollop of cream it transforms into a perfect end-of-meal dessert. Get your apples and get ready to create an incredible dessert!

How to prepare the magic apple pie recipe
The preparation is really simple: break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and whip everything with an electric whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the milk and melted butter (which you can replace with an equal quantity of seed oil) and continue mixing.
Add the sifted flour with the yeast , vanillin and cinnamon and once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, keep it aside for the moment.
Peel the apples , remove the core and use a mandolin to cut them into slices as thin as possible. Add them to the mixture, mixing gently.
Pour everything into a springform mold of about 24 cm in diameter (it is also excellent in the rectangular mold of equivalent size) and distribute the two tablespoons of brown sugar on the surface. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for an hour .
You can serve the apple pie either at room temperature or slightly warm , heating it for a few moments in the microwave. In this way it is perfect for creating a bit of contrast with the cold of the ice cream .

Conservation
Given the presence of apples in the dough, this dessert should be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2-3 days, well covered in cling film.
